Last night, as we’re sure you know already, Federal Treasurer, Josh Frydenberg, delivered his second Federal Budget in seven months.

It’s been variously described as a definite pre-election Budget and the “Hot Chocolate Budget”, a reference to that band’s 1978 hit, “Every 1’s a Winner!”
